Today is the day

Postby Feed The Goat » Fri May 13, 2011 9:24 am

I set off to watch City in the first FA cup final in my life. Admittedly i am only travelling from manchester and will prob be wasted for most of the weekend. i am just so excited i had to do something so i started this thread.

I think i might explode with excitement if i sit still to long.

Come on City lets do this

I might have a quiet 2 or 3 pints followed by 6-8 noisy ones later

I'm allergic to alcohol so I never get to sample the euphoric delights that imbibing 'John Barleycorn' can confer. However, when City win tomorrow, even though I'll be stone cold sober, I'll go absolutely bananas, so I suppose that will be a similar sensation to being 'merry'.

Hope you guys all enjoy your tipples for the same reason.

one more sleep to go!

Just wish I wasn't doing the Manchester 10km run on Sunday. Might have to get one of those tin foil FA Cups to carry round with me, if we win. If we lose, the section past the swamp could be difficult

My belly is already staring to act upset because of the nerves. I don't know what will happen tomorrow with the travelling, the beer and the lack of public facilities. I'm thinking about packing an extra pair of undies.
