Patrick Vieira

Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

i'd have him as a coach no problem - but to say he's been the most important signing or other such nonsense is fucking hilarious. he's been average at best and has cost us a game at least once during his cameos. joey barton would have been a better signing for ffs.

and as for him changing the game against spurs - tripe. the change of shape changed the game - and barry or indeed m johnson coming on would have had the same effect.

HAHA

It's good to see you are still around mate. Your contribution has been dearly missed.
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?

It's good to be back. Everything's a bit too peaceful though for my liking. I mean, look, it's a Vieira thread and nobody's fighting. I knew success would have a downside.

Hope all's well with the family mate. Your son's probably never gonna see a relegation or anything like it- how cool is that?

It's City though... nothing lasts forever. I'm sure he'll get his share of humiliations and relegations over the years.

I built up a scenario in my head on Tuesday afternoon where we lost to Spurs, they got 4th, Stoke beat us on penalties after a last minute equaliser (Pulis' revenge), Mancini got sacked, we got Mourinho who spent £800million on five players, won nothing for the first time ever, he got sacked, UEFA banned us, the Sheikh ended up in more debt than the Irish government, and by 2016 Kit Symons and Keith Curle were back in a dream-team management duo, staying up on goal difference on the last day of the League 1 season.

But then we beat Spurs, so that was the end of that.
