He was presented with his bottle of champagne on the pitch and opened it straight away

Poured most of it on Joe Hart as well. What a wind up merchant!
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?

anyone see him offer the large inflatable banana to Yaya? Was pissing myself. Yaya chased him off!
Berbatov wins golden boot, spends following season on the bench while his team loses title on goal difference. Well played, Fergie.

Balo and Hart were fighting over who was going up the steps second after Tevez. Really funny.

Then Vince just walked past them both and quite rightly went up in second place.

Great atmosphere amongst the players at the end.

"Mario, do you think this was your best performance this season?"

Mario: "I think the whole season I played shit. Can I say that?"

What a personality and what a performance. Also, gotta love the racist gesture to Yaya, hahaha. Good to see he's improving as a player.

He could be a decisive player and to be honest he's a hard brick as is Micah.
Last time we won something I was 8 yrs old. Now I'm 43 and still a child inside. I might move tomorrow. Cheers m8's. Love you all.

Impressed by Mario today.Worked hard for the team, showed good touch under pressure and very unlucky not to score.
Mancini has beeh giving him some stick in the last 2 weeks or so at training and I think he was still doing it today but I reckon it's all part of a master plan.Based on today it's working.

for the first time i was impressed with him for the whole game.. imo he is someone who is able to learn. He also looks like a big game player and responds. It was good to hear that he thought his season had been shit too.. refreshing and honest and clear about his standards. Imo one of the better parts of Mancini's management has been player improvement & development.. I'm confident that he will get Balotelli to be the best he can be and that could be something quite special.

I would love for someone to do a gif of Balo's shot and Sorensen's world class save. One of the moments of the match. I could watch that over and over.

I love Balotelli

I have from day 1, I still don't really know why I like him so much but I just love how mental he is and his crazy assclownery...I liked his hat yesterday.

Fully agree with you Ant. In my case it's also allowed him a hell of a lot of leniency when he's cocked up, and probably unfairly too as I can imagine had it been any other player I would have condemned them straight away. He is simply a superb talent, I can't believe we've got him, and if his current mindset can continue then we really have got a potential world class player on our hands.

Love the guy. End of.

Just watched the whole of ITVs coverage of the game again. The feature on Mario beforehand was insightful, heartbreaking and made me like the guy even more
