Elano's was a wondeful goal, definitely one of the best I've ever, ever seen. But Carlitos' one just now defied fucking gravity.

What they both share is that they were the goals to wrap up great wins and performances. The difference, is that Elano's goal is muddled in with a season of inconsistency and terrible ownership, whereas Tevez's will go down in history as the icing on top of a wonderful cake, in a lifechanging, record breaking season.

Can't decide. Who needs to decide? We're all on cloud nine and I've no intention of coming back down for a while yet.

Lucky to get in SKY's goals of the week of course. Can't beat a simple Shrek penalty in 'six of the best' LOL.

Like Kinkladze's goal against Southampton, you'll probably never see it again. If it was Ryan Giggs of course....................

One of the best goals I've ever seen, and will ever see. Saw Elano's live too though, and (particularly cos of the angle I viewed it from) that might just pip it. All three goals listed are different style free kicks though - rising rasper; low left foot swerver,; and Carlito's was just the absolute best example I've ever seen of wrapping your foot round the ball to curl into the top corner. THe distance is incredible. We are priveliged.

He'd be mad to leave us. I just worry he's a bit mad.

Thank you, at last, I cant believe I had to read so many posts down before I found someone who has been here long enough to remember it AND has a decent memory.

Tarnats free kick was THE best free kick I have ever seen in a City shirt.

Tevez's free kick was THE best free kick I have seen in the last 3 or 4 years.

Bit of a landslide of a vote...

What's the best it doesn't get goal of the season? Remember when Ronaldo's got goal of the season over Elano's? Joke.

It'll be Rooney's derby goal or Berbaflop's against Liverpool. Probably 1 and 2.

I didn't realise how much carlito had bent it last night, it was outrageous. nor did I realise how far out it was.
I remember yelling at Tarnat to stop being a dick and wasting a free kick as he ran up. Spot on analysis as usual.
Tarnat for me.
