Champions League is a beautiful cup that lets us pit our wits against all different clubs from around Europe, including the most famous clubs of all time... but it is a cup.

Winning the premier league means we're the best on a consistent basis in the league we watch and have watched for years, week in, week out.

League is the bread and butter for any team... should always be the focus! European football is good, and is a bonus, but for me, winning league would mean more!

To win the League, you have to be better than the rags, Chelsea, Arsenal and Liverpool.
To win the CL, you have to be better than the rags, Chelsea, Arsenal, Inter, Bayern, Real, and Milan.

Winning the league signals our arrival at the top table.
Winning the CL means we have eaten the otherS sat round it.

League for me. Its a lot harder to win a league than it is to win a champions league. Perfect example, liverpoool in 2005

Right now it has to be the Premiership once we have that under our belts (next summer) then asked the same question would i rather win the premiership again or champions league I would choose the CL. It has to be done properly one step at a time not missing things out then coming back to them. Obviously with the right signings this season there is always the possibllity we may do both next season dare we dream
