Meanwhile small clubs with a small bank suffer, because they can only spend their revenue, which if you've just promoted from the Championship, not very much, so spending money to buy some PL experienced players is out of the question. Nice work, UEFA.

Unless they are expecting to get promoted from the Championship AND qualify for a European competition, it doesn't affect them.

Or is has nothing whatsoever to do with us and it's owners getting together to figure out a way to pay players less so they can turn a profit. This is exactly what's happening in American Football too with the lockout, it's just with their different rules and structures, it happens differently.
