Yes, which is why I used it correctly? Your as in the post you wrote and thus "own"... YOUR post.

You're as in you are quick on the trigger.

Right so who do you think is? Did not make this thread to hear if people think he is or not, I'd have put up a vote if I thought ANYONE would think he is. Was merely trying to find out who people actually think is. Maybe noone is or noone dears throw a name in the hat? If so someone please just lock this thread as it is allready filled with a number of pointless posts (many of them mine) and we don't need 10 more people saying "he is'nt".

Sorry for posting something that was clearly misunderstood and ended up with being really pointless. If someone wants to discuss our team and crosses feel free to discuss it.

Hehe, yeah:-) Laughed when I read your first post about him freestyling..

Wonder if these numbers come from us not trying to cross alot or because we are not that good at it and thus Mancini wants us to not do it. Or maybe crossing just is not his style, but then again why buy Dzeko?

15% Manchester City were the least successful crossers in the top-flight in 2010-11, with only 15% of the wide deliveries reaching a team-mate

hahaya turned into a fun thread this. For the record I don't think Boyata has ever crossed a ball in the EDS as he has never played at full back for them.

I like the description that SWP has accidentally crossed a better one than Boyata.

Thanks for the info, forgot that he would prob. fill the CB role there. Oh well, guess it was a "lucky" one then. Still, was a real perfect cross for Barry:-)

SWP never really needed to cross it, he'd just hammer it into the net!:P Still, got to admire the little lad, never seen anyone stumble and fumble his way through defenders time and time again like he did:-) And if it happens again and again it ain't luck!

Only thing I did not think of was how everyone assumes the worst if there is chance of misinterpreration.

I think I have stated clearly what my intention was and I find myself at the exact same spot of the shop as at the beginning so not gonna bother repeating myself.

The interpetations however have been all over the so called "shop", I thought my original post was pretty clear. Obviously not.

Oh and I actually did think it through, but I guess I could have spent more time on the wording of it. Although I tried to rectify that somewhere down there.

Our best crosser of a ball ? Isn't Scott Sellars knocking around somewhere ?

The thing is, anyone can cross a football or take a corner. I could do it now better than 95% of the stuff City players put in. They can but they don't.

Most players however, can't cross a ball or take a corner with swerving danger, like Beckham does & get it consistently in the right area. Most of them think they can & are determined to prove it rather than just side foot the ball into the danger area like Boyata did. It's a matter of knocking into them the importance of the ball being played into the right area, rather than how wonderfully it swerves on its way there.

If you can cross with pace & swerve like Beckham, fine, do it. If you can't, just put the fucking ball in.

It's clearly Dzeko. Is that not why he plays on the wing?

From free play Kolarov actually puts the ball in the right place quite regularly. There are three problems

1. We don't attack the near post
2. We don't attack the far post
3. Our midfield doesn't follow up to attach the ball when the defence clear it....as they always do because of 1 and 2 above.
