yes i cannot imagine that i can nurse a beer in a plastic cup long enough to go flat. It sounds really scientifically impossible. Then again, i don't really understand how electricity works either. Oh, wait, hold on, that's not me. My bad.

Are you seriously both saying that you drink most pints in under 3-4 minutes? Or is it just that my beer goes flatter faster than everyone else's when in plastic?

BiB, I'm not certain, but i think the rule of thumb is the - "the quicker it flattens, the quicker you drink".

i won't even get into the debate about how different types of plastic effect the co2....

plus the hot sweaty palms transmitting the heat through the plastic etc, there's a lot to take into account

I think motion's actually the main factor- vibrations seem to be amplified by the plastic.
My general rule of thumb is "if the container's going to compromise a beer, drink cider instead". Hence, I'm a bit concerned about any exclusivity deal Budweiser may get in exchange for sponsorship.

What a day! No Bud though, just Diamond. Nasty stuff but very effective.

Schlitz Malt Liquor? It's stuff that Budweiser would be embarrassed to be seen with.

I love Budweiser, but is an evil drink, have a few bottles and feel nothing, then all of a sudden, BAM...pissed!

...and straight through the coffee table like my brother did on christmas day!

OUCH!

Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?

Let's hope not. Everywhere in town where they do budvar on tap it's knocking on for 4 quid. Fuck knows what it'd cost in the ground.

I'll save my high-end beer drinking for my back garden.

Same here mate. Having said that, I go out so seldom these days that price of the pint doesn't really bother me. I'd rather drink the good stuff and pay little extra.
