After thinking about this AGAIN.

We can't replace tevez...He is the best player EVER to put on a city shirt and probably the single most influencial player in the premiership and its as simple as that. Terms of impact he has on a game he is narrowly behind messi and ronaldo and miles ahead of anyone else.

If he goes signing another striker just isnt going to cut it and the only answer i can come up with is to bring in more creativity. Modric, sneijder, nasri any 2 of those 3 would do. We would play balo or dzeko upfront on there own with silva and one of the above mentioned behind him. All capable of scoring goals, all capable of doing something special to turn a game and all capable of creating chances for the forward.

I would say we need a winger aswell but mancini doesnt like wingers/know what they are so its out of the question really and those players mentioned can all play as a winger in the way mancini employs silva as a winger sometimes. Basically a second striker pushed outwide every now and again.

I really can't think of any other way of getting the goals without tevez there to set them up or score them because his assist stats are awesome aswell as the goals he scores himself.

So if he's going then we better get fucking busy in this transfer window pretty quick.

Was just about to post that, he won't be going anywhere if we don't get the full asking price :)

Im not buying it either, it's his own fault anyway. If he hadn't of been fucking that 19 year old behind his wife's back they wouldn't be in Argentina now. I bet he wasn't thinking of his kids when he was giving her one.

Yawn. Let him go. This is becoming as boring as Fabregas to Barcelona. We (as a club) have bent over backwards for Carlos, and he has repayed us justly. If nobody can afford him in this window, I still don't want to see him playing in our shirt in August.

The club should offer to sell Tevez his contract for face value plus a fee for inconvenience (so we don't lose any money on him) - let's see how much he misses his kids then.

Tempted to agree with this. At the very least Mancini should strip the Captaincy off the turncoat.

If he wants to go to chelsea I would take Torres and 20m. On current form that is what Torres is worth(ok maybe £30m), but he will come good. I say to myself Fuck Tevez and I am excited about next season.

I can't help but remain unmoved by the whole thing. He's always given 100% on the pitch and been prolific in the last two seasons. Why are people so angry at him?

You really are a supporter of daft questions.

I'd offer him as a straight swap for Aguero. He clearly wants to go to Madrid and to be close to his kids. Aguero is the best replacement for him and his value is similar. Obviously, he'd have to accept a drop in wages by about 50%, but surely he's willing to do that for his kids. What's that Kia, your 10% won't be worth as much? Oh, dear. Should have thought about that first.

I'd also tell him that he's forbidden to speak to the press about City, Manchester, England or anything not related to Argentina and the Copa America. Every time he opens his fat face, fine him two weeks wages. We should have his transfer fee back by deadline day.

Eh? You've still not answered the question?

Imposing daft restrictions on him isn't going to do anyone any good is it?

Tevez has been in England for 6 seasons now am i right?
2 with west ham, 2 united n 2 us?
Every second season he pulls a rabbit out of the bag blaming this , that and the other.
I agree he's been prolific, the best in England by far the last 2 seasons but the guy is under contract for 3 more years, a contract, they mean fuck all nowa days why bother giving them?
If he thinks he can just jump ship and leave us in the shit like he done with the two other English clubs he can think again, he should rot in the reserves if he stays the way he is or he can buckle down and play on for 3 more years making a meesley 200k a week.
Then he can retire at home with his kids, what is the problem?
3 more years, i hardly doubt his kids well all suddenly die in 3 years, i can understand him being homesick, but why can't the kids come over here few months at a time and leave his stupid bitch of an ex over back home?
It's that daft bitch who is causing all these problems.

I don't get it either. Of course I'm absolutely gutted we'll lose our best player but this time we CAN do something about it (unlike when Shauny left and there was no way we were going to be able to replace him).
I am glad though the club will demand a proper fee. If nobody is willing to pay enough I'd give Carlos two options: stay and play in Manchester or go to Argies in agreement that he's still under contract at MCFC but he won't get any money. We dont need to sell him for a silly (=too low) price to anyone.

But as people have mentioned, a direct replacement is almost impossible so we will just need a bit of spark from elsewhere. Some sort of swap deal including Aguero is a decent shout. Or with Real (Özil? Kaka? Higuain?)..
Ok starting to get into fantasy football mode here but it is extremely difficult to lure out clubs' best players.but when you can offer Tevez as part of the deal it might make it a bit easier

Personally I'm fucking bored at people placing all the blame on Kia Ceed. Tevez himself has hired him and it's Tevez himself who makes these statements. He is grown man.
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?

We must all agree he has emotional problems. Who knows what kind of family he grew up in after his mum/dad burned his face off.
A little part of everyone of us understands him, but the rational part of us still knows that a rat is behind him 24/7, a rat who looks like he controls Tevez like a puppet and that rat's name is Kia.

Maybe we can try a swap with Benzema and a 10 mil from Madrid, and everyone will be happy, although i think Kun is a better choice.
