This has been very poor from Mancini and City from not only a PR perspective, but with regards to the team. Last summer, we had an abundance of attacking riches, but slowly that situation has reversed. Now that Tevez has thrown his toys out the pram again we have gone from a position of great strength to (when Tevez goes) having Balotelli as our best striker - a man as likely to get sent off as score a goal.

look at the season we had last year and how unified the squad looked towards the end of the season. That was the mentality and togetherness Mancini was aiming for, he clearly saw Ade as a trouble maker and clashed with him. Mancini shipped him out and we finised level on points with Chelsea and won the FA Cup.
Ade is a whinging baby who always moans in the media, I can guarantee he will be full of bile quotes towards us as soon as he is sold.

It doesn't cost anything to be nice to people, even if they're turds, THEN if they're still arsey about things & we've done our best, it's because they're just impossible to please. I don't think we try that hard. We kiss Tevez' arse sure, but treat others like unwanted pets.
It's happened too many times now that players are complaining about a lack of the right kind of communication & something is clearly wrong. It will create enemies for us in the game & it will be the club which is left with the image & it will deter some players from signing if other clubs have a better rep. The rags will have a support network in the game & we'll have haters.
Just be polite to these people, talk to them, show them respect & try to keep them happy whilst we negotiate them out. They may help us more to move them on if they actually like us, rather than growing to despise us & being as awkward as possible.

do you really think that Ade didn't know he has no future here?
i totally get your point, but i just have a hard time believing that he doesn't know the score.

He clearly isn't the right bloke for City but he's a lot further away from being that now than he was a year ago. We have made him worse rather than better, in every aspect. His situation has been managed very very badly, whatever his abilities or lack of them.
We have not got the best out of Adebayor & we have not got the best relationship with him for him to help us move him on. In short we have not done the best we could for our club with Adebayor, either football wise or financially. Very very poor indeed.

I've said it million times. Jo did hardly feature after Adebayor left.
