Oliver Holt - City fans everywhere strike back please

Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

Oliver Holt - City fans everywhere strike back please

Postby john@staustell » Sat Jul 09, 2011 6:33 am

I strongly suspect that Ollie was bounced from Sunday Supplement toward the end of last season, after City's legal warnings to the programme. This was because of his insane inability to stop talking about Mark Hughes, and how he hates City because we sacked him, whatever the subject brought up by Brian Woolyhead. Never mind that Mancini has proved the club right, that several Hughes sigings are still causing us a lot of grief, and that the great man himself just upped and walked out, leaving Fulham in the lurch, having been there less time than he was given at City.

Never mind that many much more harsh cases of sacking have occurred, notably Sam Allardyce and Carlo Ancellotti. No, the only thing the matters, is City sacked Mark Hughes. "Booooooooooooooooooooo."

Now I haven't got time for Twitter-type things, but I hear Ollie had a right go yesterday about City 'selling their soul' by daring to get a sponsorship deal. Not Arsenal, Wigan or Swansea mind, just City. You could tell he was winding up for this ambush by writing an article in his comic attacking Leicester City the other day, when he knew the City deal was around the corner. Never mind that Etihad is already our sponsor, nor that it is all tied into a deal of which the stadium is only a part, and never mind that our 'soul' has only been in East Manchester 8 years.

Now someone on the other site which can't be named, thinks that he might be a complete idiot. I think it more likely that he is just nasty and vitriolic, and on a constant campaign to attack City, for daring to try and reclaim their rightful place in the game's elite, lost at a time he cannot even remember, because obviously football started in 1992.

Personally I'm fed up of his nasty, vitriolic and incredibly ill-informed attacks, so I call on all City fans everywhere to make a campaign to inform him of his errors, to reply to every daft post he makes on Twitter, to flood his comic's comments pages, and to write to the rag he works for, not to mention making sure he is permanently removed from the remuneration offered by Sunday Supplement..

It's the very least he deserves for his constant and inexplicable war on City. Ollie, we're coming to get you, for as long as it takes.

He has been despisable fucking rag cunt for as long as I can remember. I got to give him one thing though, he was always writing snidy shit about us even back in the days when we were shite. Well ahead of the time like that.

I was nearly in tears laughing when he once claimed to be Stockport supporter. I don't think there is more bitter rag in this world than him.
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?

Do not under estimate the agenda, Bobby Charlton was saying the same thing ! this tosser when ever Ferguson is leaving an interview or press day Champs league press with Sky Holt will be in the shot close by with the other rag spewer Meek. This twat speaks from within the Ferguson Kremlin, when the mind games start with Wenger/Mancini etc.

Asked him plenty of questions on Twitter yesterday. Mostly along the lines of 1. Could understand the furore if we'd renamed Maine Road, but Eastlands? and 2. What about The Emirates? The DW? The Walkers? Got fuck all reply. Probably because there is no reasonable response.

FFS, even the cunt from RoM was having a go at him for it.

To be fair, he did once write an article which praised our owners. "Sheikh Mansour's stance at City is as welcome and as wise as John Williams' at Rovers was short-sighted and pathetic." It was about how Blackburn had been unfair on Paul Ince in not giving him a real chance in contrast to Man City who have given 'top manager' Mark Hughes more time after he inherited a 'second rate squad'.

Fixated little twunt isn't he?

Pretty funny that John Williams works for us now. Oh, and Ince was utter clown of a manager.

Me neither.

But then I dont consider him a journalist anymore. He is a man waging a one-man hate campaign against the club I love. If he waged a one-man hate campaign against my family I would also want to get him removed (at the very least).

Objective journalism is fine. Mindless, persistent, childish and obsessional assaults are not. He deserves everything he gets.

Oliver Holt is smug, watch the stories he breaks,Over the coming season, look at him for his ITK on all stories RED, within a very short period Ferguson/GILL will follow it up. Clever P.R from Sir Alex, pity Oliver Holt was very good once, now he is the little lacky backgounding giving stories legs from the master of spin.
