Is this a sequel? Is Samuel L Jackson still in it?

This could be his one chance of a City career then. If he pulls a couple of brilliant (and intelligent) performances out of the bag, he may possibly get a place in the squad. If he's ineffective, it's goodbye.

Video up on the web. Interesting to see Gudetti there, glad we seem to have resigned him! Thought he had gone to Twente?

Errr....uummmmm.... this gets strange now. Guidetti def had some sort of agreement with Twente.
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?

FFS, I wish Boateng would either buy himself a decent pair of glasses or fuck off to Bayern.

The deal with Twente is off. It's not very clear why. Guidetti still hasn't signed a new contract with City, but has been asked to join the team for the US tour. He does't think he will be playing in any of the friendlies, though.

All according to an interview with him in a Swedish paper.

I bet he does play - maybe not in every game though.

Cheers mate.

Bit weird situation. We are taking a player who is free agent on a preseason tour with us. I suppose he wants to stay fit and we are giving him a chance but there's no need to take him to USA.

I wonder if he pays for his own hotel and meals and everything. I hope he does.

After reading this thread, I went to see if there's some news on Guidetti in the net. Found some clips of himin youtube and it seems he is some sort of Youtube-legend already.

My understanding is City have offered him a lucrative contract, so must rate him.
Problem is, someone has filled his head that he is worth more but seems to be struggling to find another club who agree.
City probably want to show him he is still wanted and in their plans, if he signs.
City are coming to get you!
