was it only me that didn't know that that dickhead who charges extra for air on his airline is "a big blue"?

Never criticise a man until you've walked a mile in his shoes.
That way when you do criticise him you'll be a mile away.
And you'll have his shoes.

He gave an interview a few years ago where he said that united wanted ryanair to sponsor them. They sent him a mock up shirt with ryanair as the sponsor.........when he got it he set fire to it

I knew it and to be fair, I knew it when we were shite so legit Blue imo.
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?

Well I didn't know it, cheers. Good for him. Don't think he was likely to rival the deal for the naming rights.

He gave an interview a few years ago where he was asked if he wanted his kids to follow him into the airline business and he replied that he wanted them to be centre forwards for Man City, I seem to remember he was also quite vocal in his support during the Eufa campaign. Did think it was quite funny when he turned up at the big announcement for Ryanair operating out of Manchester in his City shirt, loony :-)

Bit of a nutter but Ryanairs fares helped me get to alot more games over the last few years than I might otherwise have. Now if only they would bring back the 9.30 saturday morning flight from Dublin to Manchester it would be great.

Have you ever watched any of his interviews in which he defends Ryanair's approach to their service?

the man is one of the best proponents of satiric stand-up comedy around.

those who complain about ryanair trying to charge them for trumping (like they didn't know there'd be extras) are the same people who think the readers digest personally selected them.

am proud he's a blue.

satiric stand-up comedy

Did you see him live on the BBC outlining his philosophy on card charges and toilet fees?

Satire wasn't on the agenda.

cityger, if you take him seriously, you're a massive loser. i've been all over europe for less than the price of a train ticket to edinburgh. including ryanair paying ME 1p for going to Rome.

the man's a legend, and you're a massive loser. can't remember the last time i had a piss on a flight.

The only thing I've seen on this site over the years which has resulted in me classing someone as a loser is when I saw the photo of that horrific animal you call your wife. What a fucking specimen she was - complete munter. Looked like she'd been battered with a spade then doused in bleach.

Hope to god for your sake that she's a half decent ride and is able to drag your kids up properly.
