Mata is definitely Cesc remplacement and like you say Wenger is stubborn and I think he wouldn't let go the 2 at the same times, just for making a point.

Anyway, some news from France. ITK from RMC (biggest sports radio here) says that Nasri have already chose Man City as his new team and Wenger already knows it.

RMC has some decent infos but a lot of times it's rubbish, but in this case they've been ITK with Nasri's entourage (lot of players appears and talk on the station and this type of stuff) so... it's not impossible that they're right ^^

but he's wrong, right?

What?
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?

was it like all official with all the stars and such?

i can't be arsed without stars...you should know that.

Also, if he's put in a transfer request it's because, i'm gonna go really out on a limb here, he's either coming to us or the rags, and i can't see Arsenic sending him to the rags. it would make his head explode.

interesting.

it's been off for weeks...until he puts in a formal transfer request, Arsenal have his contract and don't have to deal with us at all. And they aren't, because they are pissed and don't want to lose both Fabs and Nasri this summer, as others have said, include one grey haired manager of Arsenal Football Club

cheers

Eh? I posted what Arsenal chairman said about the subject. If I was their chairman I wouldn't come out and say he is not going to leave if there's chance he isn't. That would make him sound like complete clown in the end.

I would not be right or wrong about shit here. Arsenal chairman would be wrong. I have no inside track about the situation and have never claimed so. Bit different than making assesment of players abilities. And do you think you'd be wrong if he didn't come? Our new French member was also passing what he had heard in radio. I wouldn't consider him being wrong about anything if Nasri didn't come.

I heard Nasri has told Arsenal he will accept that they wont sell him this summer and will stay next season and see out his contract and leave on a free next summer....

The Star claims that Nasri has accepted that Arsenal will not allow him to move on this summer, so he will now stay at Emirates Stadium for this year until his current contract expires - allowing him to move on for free

while it is on ESPN, it is from the Daily Star..so...

No way will the money men at Arsenal allow that to happen. Not when there's offers on the table.
