New online ticket system

Shite. You cant pick your seats anymore, just gives you the "best available seats". Was trying to buy two seat and it kept offering seats not next to each other. The old system was far better.

Was just about to post them same topic.

This is fucking awful! Can't even get me and my brother seats together, or where we want to sit? Whats the fcking point of linking friends and family?

Just had the same problem, managed to get 3 together and one other on a different row. Tried every available block/stand etc too. Never not been able to get seats together before. Load of shit

Looks like that £15 for priority booking was a complete waste of money! I'm so pissed off about this

Is this in relation to Wembley or a League game?

eh? with that you are able to book now while those without it can only buy from Friday onwards. (Swansea game)
and if you compare the blocks that are available today to yesterday's situation the tickets seem to be selling well.

that is simply shit though. the last system was very good. not brilliant as it didn't show all the available seats but good anyway.
I tend to always call the box office anyway and pay gladly the booking fee to make sure I get best available tickets, together and everything. now it seems it really is the only option.

Just decided to take my son to the Swansea game. I was going to get him a 'Blue' card. But if I am not guaranteed seats together, is there any point? Would I be safer waiting until Friday and booking by phone?

Now i'm not even getting options for tickets in the bottom tier of the east stand. Have they all sold out?

I can't even log on anymore, had to book my community shield tickets over the phone (and therefore had to pay an extra £5 in booking fees).
