Blue Tuesday shoutouts

Postby dazby » Wed Aug 17, 2011 2:41 am

Well, here we are two episodes into the new season and mancityfans has yet to be mentioned which is an absolute disgrace!

Although John68 and Lahad were this weeks studio guests, but apart from that- NOTHING!!!

Gentlemen, do tell of your experience. I got quite the suprise when Kiers starting babbling. And it was all babble.

And John, although you did mention the City side of the 60's in every sentence you were amazingly concise. Were you edited?

Haha it was nervy knowing that you clowns were listening to every word i was caught on the hop at the beginning plus im still trying to remember what my name is after my stag doo.

Oh and everything i said was correct,Kolarov is no kind of left back and Clichy is better,Tevez should stay but not be captain and it pisses down in Manchester.

For the record,it was my dad who bought the shirt and photographed me but i was hastily moved over.

Think were gonna go back on again later in the year.

I could tell that you two were trying really hard to get the banter going and try to be funny but they were too slick for you.

How was Lakey?

That's good, I was wondering what had happened to him. Us of a certain age, well, if we don't here from someone for a bit, we worry.

Ah, and I thought it was like Oscar Wides "the Picture of Dorian Gray", where, as John stays young, a portrait of Gary Neville in his attic gets uglier and older only to be let out to do a bit of Sky punditry.

Go on John lad, it's no wonder he's not been on here for a while, he's clearly moved on to bigger and better things and doesn't mingle with us riff-raff anymore

Anyone else hear today's show? Katy read off two posts from our very own mancityfans.net...the 1st two posts of the "What Does Yaya Toure Actually Do?" thread.

Lakey and the studio guests were spitting nails and no one (not least Katy) realized that the posts were from 6 months ago, despite the fact that one of the posts spoke about the need for summer signings. Ranted about it for 10 minutes they did. Hysterical.

Anyway King Kev and Nigels Tackle, you got a mention today.

And Katy...check the date of the posts before you pick one to read over the air!
