Monkey chants from the fans-impossible

The match had its fair share of controversial moments with Valdes bringing down Ronaldo and Abidal having a handball inside the penalty box ignored. But thats not cheating.

I'd like to know why Barca fall over like cissy-pricks everytime someone goes near them; never thought it was a sending off last night, only a yellow. Maybe this is how Pep G counters Joe Moe's tactics?

After he has paid the ref and instructed the ball boys I think what you say might be right.

I was a little disappoint in Jose last night.

I think Real have made great strides from last year - that much was clear over the two legs. Yes Pepe is a fucking nutcase but other than that Real's tactics were considerably 'cleaner' than they were last season and they were a match for Barca for a long time which is praise in itself.

But then that happened. Yes it was a very bad foul, a yellow verging on a red is always going to be given red that late in the match, at home, when people from the bench are jumping up in the moment etc. What Mourinho did was calculated and childish, but lost the plot? Nah. This man's team never lose with dignity - the term sore loser has never been more appropriate.

Still a big fan of his though.

I heard it before he was sent off. Disgusting. Another thing that will be swept under the carpet whilst Platini busily tries to stop us, as we're bad for football.

Ive watched it twice after reading this and heard no monkey noises. Plenty of booing. No monkey noises.

Well I did, quite clearly & so did many others including the commentator & Guillem Balague who twatted about it.

I am ashamed that in Spanish stadiums you can still hear monkey chants without punishment. It is urgent that people realize that is not on!

The chants were clearly audible, but then they are at most Spanish games.

When the Madrid press are getting pissed off with the antics of Mou, you know he is starting to lose more than his marbles, IMO one more incident and Madrid sack him. Madrid are showing no style at present that will hurt them more than it would normal clubs. His life cycle is like Tevez, to some degree 3 yrs and he is off regardless.

The monkey chants is something that happens in Spanish football and is not down to just Barcelona. As a matter of fact, it was Eto'o that wanted to storm off the pitch, because he was racially abused by the crowd, whilst he was playing for Barcelona. I believe Henry received the same ill treatment.

As for Barcelona, as much as I love the team, they too have their douchebaggery. Xavi and Iniesta waving for cards is one of them. Pedro constantly diving is another. They're extremely talented, play wonderful football based on the philosophy of Johan Cruyff, who was manager when Josep Guardiola was a player and have the world's best player setting the world alight.

Then there's the players that, in the same vein, ruin that. Why is Puyol diving? The guy's a giant! Nobody believes it, apart from the ref. Lucio, that Brazilian defender at Inter does the same bullshit. Why is Mascherano acting like an actor? He's known for being a tough midfielder with crunching tackles, why does he go down like a bitch? Pedro? The worst scumbag of them all. Xavi and Iniesta? I'm still of the opinion that as soon as a player is waving imaginary cards, they should receive an instant yello. No arguments, no nothing. Wave a card to the ref and get one yourself. I'm also of the opinion that ref's should review matches after they're done and be shown key moments and be able to admit they didn't see a foul, or didn't see a player was diving and then have a committee still take the appropriate action. As for diving, instant yellow. I hate diving and I don't care who does it.

As I said, Barcelona play lovely football, but some of their players ruin it and they should be punished for it. UEFA needs to crack down on some of their antics. They're no saints. They're as much of a football club as Grays FC are. The rules apply to everybody.

From the past two matches between these two I think Jose and his players have learned that they can play better football than Barca but where they are losing is on the cheating stakes, this is where Barca are still ahead.Another game or two Jose will have found a way to overcome this obstacle.
Once the Real players become world class divers like Barça the tables will turn.

This diving bullshit started when let me think! Got it when the Mou arrived, Madrid could beat Barca, it is possible and things do turn and times change as for playing better football you need to see the quak mate, Barca are one of the greatest team you will ever see. Ok City are the best team in all the world, Jose is a fuckwit you know it deep down his mental state is classed as fucked up.

Just as Red nose, will be when we push ahead of the scum.

U may want to post the Ronaldo dives to even it up. Drogba rabting about injustice that is piss funny. THE TWO BIGGEST CHEATS PLAY FOR WHICH MANAGER, I suppose Ashley learnt his question every decision at Arsenal. Face it Jose is twisted fucked up ans pretty much the Mayfair/Wimbledon FC manager.

Hola Amigos

Just typing this whilst in Spain, back home tomorow

Went to the game on Wed via an organised trip, it was a fantastic experience and a brilliant game.

Jose has completely lost the plot, visiting my relatives over here and according to most of Spain his days are numbered.

Back in the Prem next season

Barca are a bunch of diving cunts, that is true, but so are Real Madrid. Barca are not, however, a cynical bunch of fucking thugs & WUM's, which Real seem to be turning into when they play Barca. Imo, it's a deliberate tactic from Mourinho, not a random occurence.

Tranny seems (IMO) to have cut it out and is diving a lot less lately but I haven't seen that much of him and the points you make about Drogba and Cashley probably have some validity. However the point I am trying to make is that Barça (more than a club)(bollox)do what Jose seems to have told his players to do. Barça have been doing it for ages.
Jose gets called a cunt for it whereas Barça do the same thing and it gets brushed under the carpet and hidden by the fantatic football they play.

C'mon mate Pep has nothing to prove he was great player, Legend in the game Mou is a twat who preaches the break up the game, never ever allow normal play, Cole did it for him along with Terry, now you have Pepe, and others trying to do it, Barca are no angels however they are better players and unless they have an off day bully tactics is the way he wants to play it, you like him I think wanker with no class or style of play which befits a club like Madrid.
