He's does speak it, just not in public. To be fair Silva is the same, when you see them interviewed you can tell they now exactly what the question was before it gets translated. I do think Aguero and Silva will probably be doing interviews in English by the end of the season though

You realize that last Silva interview was edited yeah? They are overdubbing the interviewer's question while the translator is speaking, then overdubbing the translator's voice while Dave answers in Spanish. It makes for a much shorter video.

I am very reliably informed that he speaks relatively good English, I am also told that his lack of willingness is partly due to confidence and partly due to the fact that it covers a multitude of sins (i.e. not being quoted by our disgusting press)
