hardly a group of death.... i expect us to qualify from that group...

It is without doubt the toughest group - of 5 poss in pot 4 we got the worst and scum and Barca got it easy. It´s no coincidence that the scum get these types of draws year after year

Tv ratings going to be sky high for our matches. Tough group but I think we'll do well against Bayern and Vill. Napoli may cause us some problems.

Beautiful, not too bad a draw for us.

Rags and Barca's looks even easier.

Even easier? Along with D & E ours is the most difficult group, maybe even the most difficult.

Not easy but doable. Bayren will bediificult for sure. Villa can be tricky. Mancini will know how to deal with Napoli. Important thing is to win all our home games and then we are home and hosed.

It's all about opinions mate and mine is that we've not got a bad draw, with C and H being easier for the respective clubs. It could've been a hell of a lot harder for us against the likes of Real/Lyon or Inter/Moscow. The one I'd have hoped for would've been Group G, not because I don't think we can beat the rest but because it's our inaugural visit and would like us to take the step-up slowly rather than thrown into the Lions Den.

Rummenigge is going to experience the ire of the Blue army I feel after his comments. Naples - watch out for the Camorra - giving that a miss

Of course it's doable. But look at it this way:

Bayern, apart from Barca & Real the toughest draw from pot 1.
Villareal, very tricky spanish team. Atleast no eastern european power house here.
Us, toughest draw from pot 3 obv.
Napoli, second toughest draw from pot 4.

Very tough fuckin group for all teams.

don't disagree that it's a tough group but it's not barca, milan, us and dortmund is it?

First statement of Bayern Munich:
This is an challeging group, where Bayern Munich is the favourite, said director of sport Christian Nerlinger straight after the draw, but also avows:" I liked to get other teams. But we are glad, we take is as it is. The team is hot (?right word?). so we will do our way."

Looks like they are not as happy with the draw. They are normally a team with draw-luck but it is said over here that they lost it.....

Tough yes, just like every other team will be thinking, but when compared to others it doesn't look so bad. I think more is my confidence in ourselves.

Could have been a lot worse.
