I think his first touch will be the most decisive factor in whether he plays or not.

I can see him leaving in 4 months as Corinthians have already publically stated they will be back in for him.

I would say play him as we need, but more like the filth played him. I love having a big centreforward with a little striker running off him, and Tevez starting would mean Aguero wouldn't. Anyone else think that's the right move to make?

Perhaps but they'll be times when Aguero isn't playing so well or injured etc. Also hopefully we'll be competing in four competitions. Even though he wants to go he'll give his very best on the pitch.

I'm sure he will. I think it will be a case of him playing the game after CL matchdays and midweek domestic cup matches.

Dzeko also needs resting so I expect to see Tevez & Aguero playing together sometimes or even both playing behind Dzeko with Silva or Nasri if/when either of those is rested. If they hit it off, it may become more difficult for Kia to move him, now he's released his family...

I'd be intersted to know whether or not the Aguero signing was made with any consideration to Tevez's situation. It may have been the case that the club expected to be without Tevez but the right sort of offer just hasn't materialised or it may be that Bobby wants them both and thinks he can use them both.

Either way, think it's now safe to say he won't be going anywhere and that we have the most potent strike force in the league by a mile.

and abaut tevez on bench he loose on velue if we dont play him we shuld sell or change for somwone that we need , ecose now will be stupid to change the start line up and we know that tevez is unhapy allredy , so or find some kind solution or sell, but to experiment after this 3 greath games of our atack will be bad , that s my homble opinion....

I said I wanted Dzeko to drastically step up and he has done, so fair play to him.

But this is a Tevez thread so leave the Dzeko talk to the designated thread.

Having said a I would play him, clearly in the current form the team is in, I wouldn't
I would however use him in cup games, and I am sure mancini will adopt the "cup squad and PL squad"

For me, our goal is premier league glory this season

We can't ignore the fact that on his day he's one of the very top players in the world so surely he has to be more than just a bit part player?

Only a Ginger would put Tevez in the starting lineup right now.

Dzeko is on fire and Tevez can watch and weep for all I care.

I don't think there would be any way Dzeko would be dropped on current form, he'll only be dropped in order to keep him on current form. That could still leave 30 games for Tevez.
