You don't have to fill the squad; you can just leave those spaces reserved fo local trained players empty so far as I know. We have about 22/23 in the CL 'A' list so far as I can see, so 2/3 empty slots which Ned/ SWP could have taken.

We could put two/three eligible kids in there but there would be no point, as they could go in the 'B' list & play in the CL if needed anyway.

Welsh mother, English father. Grew up in Calgary, Canada (pretty far out there) until he was 16, then moved to Munich for Bayern's youth academy. It's weird because you can hear him switch between saying things in an American/Canadian, German, and English accent depending on the word.
