The app got bounced again today for further copyright infringement, it will be at least another week before we have a chance of approval

Just in case anybody is wondering why we don't put things right then reapply, the problem is that the [strike]wankers[/strike] people at Apple keep telling us that we are infringing Premier Leagues copyright with something(s) on the site but seem unwilling to tell us exactly what it is that's upsetting them!

We cannot comment on rumours that his resignation was anything to do with Apple's current legal battle with MCF.net.

We will not me making any further comments regarding this until the legal position becomes more clear.

We found out yesterday that the reason Apple rejected our second application is because they were looking at the graphics from our first submission! This has probably put the whole process back by at least another week.

How Apple are such a massive corporation when they employ such morons is beyond me.

Symbian is Nokia's own OS that it is getting out of as fast as it can (moving to Windows Phone 7 for smartphones), there is a slight possibility that it may continue as open source or under a different company I suppose but doesn't seem worth developing for now
