Brrrrilliant. Top vid. Great to see how far things have come at the club. I was lucky enough to meet Gavin who was very forthcoming and knowledgable. I'm proud to say that I've played my part in assisting the team. The technology I helped test is being applied.

The link is my pics of the testing day.

Agreed! Top vid!

Really enjoying all the videos from inside the club and how intent they are on involving fans as much as possible; especially with the new arrivals' first days etc.

The Kolo vids were a nice touch too.

Aye, watched that last night. Very interesting.

Some top stuff on the O/S. We really do a cracking job with it.

Just need to get someone else to conduct the interviews.

Not sure who that guy is... Always seems a bit nervous and struggles to keep the interviews going at times. Awkward.

Cant say I wouldnt be the same around some of those guys though.

After having a think about this, I hope they aren't smothering the kids with stats. Our kids need to make mistakes to learn about the game. Let's face it, you learn more about your mistakes than you do the things you do right. I'd hate for our kids to not try risky passes for fear of hurting their stats.

But I'm sure the staff are aware of this.

Completely agree ^^^. But like you said, im sure the people at the club are well aware of the dangers of overloading the younger guys.

I think it can only be a good thing for the lads, plus it'll prepare them for how things are in the 'big league'. I know i'd have loved to have that retrospective view of things when i was younger. I'd have still been shit, but every now and again i'd be able to watch that cross-cum shot sail into the top bin back on the i-pad and pass it off as perfect technique.

You only learn from mistakes when you learn they're mistakes. If ambitious young kids can sort out their game sooner, develop strengths and fix weaknesses, all the better.
