Silva though as great as ever.
Damn, City are making it tough to vote MoM these days!
Honorable mentions: Kompany, Milner and Micah
Also have to mention how different a team we looked with Nasri replacing Tevez. Sorry to say but it does not seem like he fits our style anymore. Two quick goals after Nasri came on.
Have a look again & watch how many chances/half chances Tevez creates. More than Nasri or Silva I'd say. His backheel to Aguero & his sliderule pass to Micah would have been the best moments in the game had either scored. then there was the litlle flick over the defender's head which Milner narrowly failed to reach & the run through 3 men which created the breakthrough goal. All this without being match fit & a yard off full pace. The bloke could play in our side for ten years if he wanted to. He's world class.
Good call there Ted. A lad next to me started slagging Carlos off (mainly over the transfer stuff) saying he won't fit our system but soon started cooing about him after the first goal, giving him lots of credit for getting us in that position. He carried on with those that you mention and couldn't believe what he brought to the team (shaking his head regularly in disbelief at what he was seeing). He's new to the section so I don't know if it's the first time he's seen Tevez live, but he soon understood what he brings to the team, even if he didn't bag one.
Let's not forget, that was his first game as well.
