Surely that tells us that the browsers can't display the emoticons that iPhones use?

Unless I am misunderstanding your point, I can't see how the problem lies with the App? If you can't see something on the web using Firefox or Chrome what does that have to do with the device or programme you used to create it with?

The conflict is between an Apple device and a Mozilla, Windows or Google browser. I would suspect, knowing what Apple are like, that the only browser that can display Apple emoticons is Safari.

Looks good. Pleased that it's iPad sized as well, not that god awful 2x business where the graphics look like they were done on an Atari.


Going to take a bit of getting used to though, seeing the stream of comments instead of all the threads.

Out of interest, can the android version be added as a widget, so you can see new posts coming in live? Need a new phone and have to decide between an iPhone, once the 5 is out or an android version and a mancityfans widget could be a deal breaker.

Happy days mate! That was my worry that it was just an iphone app that you had to zoom when using the Ipad. Looking forward to downloading it when I get home today
