Milner is an engine which our midfield is lacking. It's not a game changing move but we stand a better chance of getting the ball and using it (not much but better).

What are the excuses this time? After our feeble showing for most of the Naploi match I can't say I had much optimism for tonight, so I'm glad I didn't get my hopes up. It took the Rags years to get any good in the Champions League, and it looks like we will be much the same. The league looks like our most realistic hope of something truly big this year.
