Mancini : Tevez refused to take to the field [merged]

Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

Re: Tevez

Postby DoomMerchant » Tue Sep 27, 2011 8:56 pm

amazing...i thought that's what happened.

Completely fucked up Mancini's plans too...which he knew would happen.

Basically, Carlos, once again, has taken the spotlight off the team and onto him.

He's finally crossed the line for me...up until now all would have been forgiven, but there is no climbdown, and no way back.

I just hope we have the fortitude to make sure his career is completely and utterly left in shambles and that he never ever matters again at a significant football club anywhere ever again.

He has given us fans the ultimate insult, and as Soiness has just said he is a disgrace to football.

Tevez is a wanker and i would fine him big time and basically let him rot in the reserves. Till the end of his contract.

Why even go to Munich just to refuse to play? I would leave him in Munich now and let make his own way home.

If Mancini ever plays Carlos again he will be mugging himself off.
Let him rot, apologise to dzeko,Pablo and lescott,if they want to sell him send him to Siberia.

Mancini explained that he took Dzeko off for de Jong to try to settle the midfield but with the intention of bringing Tevez on after about 5 minutes later. Then Tevez refused to enter the pitch.

Everything has to be about Tevez in his world, and it's naive to blame his agent for everything, no matter how mentally challenged Tevez is. He has made a habit of undermining City when we have a big day. Last season, we were just celebrating something big (I forget what), and Tevez scuppered that item by handing in a transfer request. Today, it's one of our biggest matches for decades and he refuses to play. He could have made this gesture when we were winning against a Wigan or a Swansea or a Blackburn, but he wants maximum exposure so it's away to Bayern Munich.

The man is scum.

He must be in breach of contract there, put your emotions to one side and let's discuss what this little prick has actually done tonight and what we can actually do to try and save face!

FIFA 12 was released over here today so I guess I will amuse myself tonight trying to find the least desirable place to banish Tevez to.
