Mancini IN !

Roberto Mancini deserves 100% support in dealing with the Dzeko incident and others like it.

Mancini deserves our support in his stance on Tevez too now that the Argentine has started his denial of any wrongdoing.

Here's our chance to send our thoughts to the club about this situation.

I agree, im happy to see mancini teach them both a lesson hate seeing those sort of reactions from players. Mancini is the boss and thats that, its rare someone would do that to baconface and he usually fucks them out if they do.
derby day the scores were level,
then the goat was fed by neville,
silly boy should know for sure,
feed the goat and he will score!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Agreed.

However, one thing all the crap with Tevez has done is take the emphasis off what was a terrible decision last night over Lescott/Kolo.

it would have made no difference sticking lescott in, the goals were down to not closing down players on the edge of the box blame yaya and barry for that they both got run ragged

I must say, he looked flabbergasted near the end of the match. I felt genuinely sorry for him.

I'm not sure. Hart made three saves in the build up to the two goals, Bayern were first to the ball on all three occasions with not a defender in sight. Kolo was definitely slow off the mark for their second.

I though Barry tried his best last night and worked hard, Yaya pranced about and did sod all.

Whilst Kolo playing was questionnable it wasn't the reason we lost last night. It was much more down to the tactical approach and that too many players played poorly.Going to Bayern who are a very good team in very good form with an open attacking formation was asking for trouble and that's what we got.

The midfield was overrun and the fear that our two in there were too slow came true.Although Nigel wasn't brilliant and Bayern had taken the foot of the gas when he came on,it did help to shore things up as he holds his position much better than the other 2.

200% agreed.

Behind Mancini and everything he does all the way.

Our best manager of the modern era.

Not gonna let a cunt of a man like Tevez drag him through the gutter.

To be fair if what Mancini wanted HAD of happened, as in Tevez coming on after De Jong, then the outcome may have been very different. I think a goal before 70 minutes would have totally changed the game.

We will never know now because of the Argee twat so lets not dwell on it.

I'm 100% behind him, this will snowball and be the talk of the world press for weeks, we are still doing amazing in the PL and we do not need any unsteadiness or will could fuck that up as well!

I was worried when he started bitching about the "silly" goal we conceded during the drubbing of spurs - I thought "thats the end of that then" & sure enough, the flair and energy we showed during the early games started to dissipate - he's too much of a perfectionist imo and thats a weekness

still 100% behind him though

Mancini is a good manager and is generally well-liked by the fans.

We don't need to have the Hughes debate again but there were plenty of reasons why people weren't behind him.

Only one thing to do in this situation, BACK THE MANAGER.

Circle the wagons, dig in for all the shit thats flying about and move on. In the long run we will actually be stronger for it as the Tevez circus will no longer be close to the first team.

If Im Mancini Id also ask the rest of the team directly that if they have a whinge or arent happy, come and see him and we can arange for them to f**k off too.

Only City could recall Balotelli to a team to add some mental stability.

Team for Sat
Hart

Zab, Komp, Lescott, Kolarov

Ya Ya, De Jong

AJ, Silva, Aguero

Balotelli

Subs
Pants, Richards, Kolo, Clichy, Milner, Dzeko, Nasri,

I'd have Tevez on the bench just so the fans can have a go at him .... actually, best save that one for the following week at home.

No problem with Mancini at all and will back him to the hilt at the moment.

When he subbed Dzeko and the commentator says oh that's odd, I turned to my mate and said it means that he will bring Tevez on and is shoring up the midfield first. Exactly what he said post match. If you have been watching carefully he has done the same thing 3 times this season now. For me that shows a great insight into Mancini's thinking... ie. planning ahead with care. He is aware that the change of a striker isolated up front will make less impact while the midfield is struggling than if some parity has been restored.
He knows the value of a solid base and knows which way round is more likely to bring results.

When he came in and did all the boring stuff after Hughes it wasn't clear what he was about, but over the course of last season he showed exactly that he had a plan to solidify the team from defence to midfield and then on to the attack. He stuck with that plan when fans were moaning and got the team to show they could hold the midfield away from home at the best teams grounds.

Things that have got in the way imo have been players not doing what they are told to do, or unable to... read Adebayor, Jo.
With all the players brought in it is no easy feat getting a style of play and discipline sorted while trying to achieve something and learn about the Prem as well.

For me there is little doubt that Mancini is a cut above your average manager, he looks like he has a clear and detailed plan that he will push to realise as and when practicalities allow. If given the time and support I really have no doubt he will turn the squad into a team that rarely loses a game and has a mentality that backs that up.

The new players in this summer were always going to distort the balance while they find the roles and communication with the others already here that eez normaaal! What appears to have happened so far though is that the balance has gone too far towards creative play and a loss of discipline has crept in. Mancini is obviously aware of this and has said so on numerous occassions already, he doesn't appear to have found a way of sorting it though and Yaya and Barry combo just lacks the communication required for a top class watertight outfit.
Is that why Bob was asking for another proper midfielder?

DeJong is the answer, but isn't the real answer if you get that.
Bob will sort it of that we can have no doubt and that is why we can be confident in him imo.

While we are on the subject though, Yaya, Nasri and Aguero need to do more work, simples.
