We got bossed by a superior Bayern team vastly experienced at this level, and in this competitions format. We were naive in the extreme in our formation and poor in our play.

The third-seeded team in the group lost away at the top-seeded team. This is not entirely unexpected and certainly not the end of the competition for us by any means. The two games v Villarreal and the one at Napoli will decide the group for us. WIn them three and we are laughing.
Your right leg I like; I've got nothing against your right leg. The trouble is neither have you.

Agreed. We need 3 wins and a draw in the last 4 matches, and we must not lose in Napoli. The opportunity is there for us to repair the damage and we now have little margin for error.

Its time we kept our mouths shut about how good we are, and concentrated on getting the job done. First task is to beat Villareal at home, nothing else will suffice. We could also do with Napoli and Bayern drawing twice with each other, OR one of the aforementioned winning both games.

Taught a football lesson by an average team.

I have watched Barcelona live and they are on a different planet.

There is something not right and our owner will sort it out regardless of the consequences.

Mancini is on very dodgy ground.

You can't blame Kolo Toure; perhaps Mancini will admit dropping Lescott for this big name was the big mistake

Kolo did nothing wrong, happy to have him back. He's first game with the seniors, if he was slow at some stages
Lescott would be no different. Lets hope we can show more againt Bayern at home.
