It didn't make mine. I'd rather the dippers lose any day. A shocking decision by the ref. I hope they appeal and he gets off. They've got the rags soon.

As much as he irritated the fuck out of me last week, I have to agree with Dazby. It was a stunningly bad decision, especially considering the near perfect view that wanker Atkinson had of it.

kind of on topic - watching on motd there were lots of missiles being thrown by the everton fans which in any other match the presenters would have highlighted but because it's the scouse derby it's not mentioned.

Ridiculous sending off. Suarez should get a ban for that.

I was interested to see that Cahill played yesterday.

If Kompany had wanted to 'do him' he would have been out for quite some time!

I thought this too - odd that it wasn't mentioned afterwards. I seem to remember a pen (was it a pen?) being thrown at Ga**y Nevi**e in the derby the other year, it was all over the press the following day.

Agree.....studs not showing, won ball first and then his shin caught The Biter after the ball had been knocked clear. Suarez made a meal of it and the dopey ref bought it.

Terrible decision and ruined the game. I thought Liverpool were very average and extremely fortunate to pick up 3 points

I don't think they would have had a cat in hell's chance if Everton had stayed 11 v 11. Everton would have worn Liverpool down & battered a few goals in.

Gave Liverpool the game. Wasn't that the point?

Ridiculous decision. Hibberts tackle on Adam was far worse.
Balotelli......that's a brilliant finish.

I am surprised so many people are blaming the ref (dick though he is) and not suarez who is imho a twat of monumental proportions. I'd rather lose than have a City player behave like that and win/draw.

Because the ref couldn't have had a better view and anyone could see Rodwell made no contact.

For the second bit would you rather us lose to United or win with one our players diving to get a penalty?

For what? Exaggerating contact? The same thing that happens about 20 times in any Premiership game.

Everton are going to appeal the decision and rightly so as it shouldn't even have been a foul never mind a red card. If this is the way football is going then soon tackling will be banned

Cast iron certainty what will happen

The ref makes a statement that he has made a massive mistake, after all he is only human etc etc

Sure it may have cost everton the game, but at least his dignity will be in tact
