I think one thing is for sure - the cunt wont be playing first team football for us again. It all boils down to proving that the shit refused to pay in Munich, I have this feeling that we wont be able to prove it and will instead do a deal with the cretin..along the lines of play in the reserves till we sell you or we loan him to some obscure club, ,maybe even Maradonas ( Can we do that?) till January.

If he can be loaned out somewhere then we will have already made a pre deal with PSG or some other club at an agreed price.

The fifa ban (if applicable) is the single most important thing..We will make a loss and he's a winner if we sell him.
City really do need to make a stand on this and win for the good of football.

I hope they sack him. But I reckon they'll tell him his services aren't required till January and have a deal already in place to sell him cheap to Cornithians.

I'm wondering what has happened to the youtube footage of the interview he gave when he said he wasn't mentally or physically ready to play & that he'd told Mancini that was the case.

All the stuff I can find has that bit mysteriosly edited out & begins afterwards.

Is it because City are going to use it in a legal case? Could it be that Sky are assisting by keeping a lid on it & pulling any youtube references? They derfinitely have him on tape, bang to rights.

pretty fuclin bored of this now tbh.

I'm sure that City will have a very strong sense that they will be acting on behalf of the integrity of football in general. Behind the scenes I'd be sure they have received a lot of conditional support and will have been in a lot of discussions with various organisations and influential people. On top of that they will have a strong sense of their duty to the Club and setting a solid marker in reference to players. On that basis I would think they will be working very hard to ensure that the outcome is not seen as beneficial to Fatso Tevez. That would mean there has to be some sanction that he suffers. Money or not playing football.

It is possible they may get the help of Fifa for that end.

Personally I don't have doubts about the findings of the inquiry into what was said by whom, I think they will have loads of evidence against The Pie Muncher.

What is difficult to asses is how much City react to being treated in the way the Overweight Thicko has. IMO they have a lot of justification in being extremely angry towards him and may want to really rub it in with punishing him. However i just cannot see that happening. I don't think City will want to be seen as vindictive for any reason, in addition to the fact that sorting it out quickly and moving on is seriously in City's interest.
My guess is that they won't go into anything that they don't have a clear idea of the outcome, or a clear sense they would win. So in that sense I rekon they would be prepared to cut their losses to a degree and get on with the serious business of trying to win the Prem.

This is ONE possible outcome :-

http://www.talksport.co.uk/sports-news/ ... evez-dubai

Tell Diego he can have him providing
i) We get our 40 Mill
ii) Tevez/Joorableech don't get a cent of any transfer clause
iii) Tevez doesn't get to kick another ball in Europe for at least 5 years

The other is we Mutu him - chuck his contract down the crapper and instigate a worldwide FIFA ban , plus sue for loss of transfer value.

Of these two - both are possible , option 1 is possibly somewhat easier and more expedient.

Realistically I think he will be suspended for a while, then he wont be fit enough to play and we will string it out until january, and then get rid

Exactly and this is why I think we will not be able to do what all right thinking people believe we should

If we cannot prove this 'beyond all doubt' and we take any punitive action then we are open to being successfully sued. Of course he has ben kia-briefed after the incident and he (and all kia-sychophants like McCarthy) are saying the right things to protect his position

Hate it but I think that he will walk away from this with a pay off, a much reduced transfer fee (so he gets also a joining fee) etc etc - so he wil win,win and win

Mancini is their man so if there are grounds they will back him. The inquiry is a legal requirement paving the way for the termination of his contract (in my opinion). What happens after that, I'm not too sure - could FIFA really make a ban stick? I don't claim to be an expert but it sounds a bit suspect.

They would not even begin the process of trying unless there was absolutely cast-iron proof that there was a refusal to play - not an opinion or strong belief etc. We all know the truth but it is a question of what can be proven beyond all reasonable doubt - and therein lies our difficulty - the twat and his team are likely going to milk us for a bundle.

Why is Tevez saying on TV: 'I didn't feel mentally & physically ready to play, so I told the manager' not considered sufficient proof ? If he confessed to a murder on TV, he'd be prosecuted.

I keep mentioning this & people just go on as if it never happened; it did, even the BBC mentioned his SKY interview in their report.

Yep we all heard that and so will the Club.

I think everyone is just nervous about the outcome and desperately wanting to see Tevez punished and worried he is going to slip through the net.
Personally when it comes out I think there will be overwhelming evidence against him, from players, staff, TV footage etc.
Besides what Tevez actaully said is of little value, the crux is he refused to do what the manager told him to and said no. Everybody knows if you are a footballer and the manager says get ready - the likelyhood is that you may be called into action. No Sherlocks needed there.

We need to wait for City's findings basically.

I think the argument with that to me it sounds as if he has not refused to play but just said he would be shit if he did.
