I'd be disappointed if the Shiek was considering Bruce as a replacement for Cook.

Sunderland fans have always been fickle. they desert in droves.
Maybe with better circumstances to work in Niall would be just fine with City.
I can't say anything bad about him. My second favourite City hero and an all round good egg.
I'd be happy to have him at City in some capacity.
He has appointed shit managers at Sunderland though.
