"Tevez apologised to the City fans for that misunderstanding.” according to Kia'unt ... which is of course is true in his own devious clumsy way. Had he, but allegedly refused to do so, appologised to Mancini then this saga would maybe not got this far, he didn't so ...

He knows he appologised as that was the first thing he told his Client to do. I wish City would ban the advisor and sack the player suing him for losses.

Like a fair few Blues I want the c*nt out of the club asap, with my choice being to fire his arse and sue him for as much as possible while pressing FIFA for a long ban.

Its no supprise that claims of "Misunderstanding" the instructions to get his arse on the pitch, and instead trying to play the victim in this matter has now emmerged seeing as how his agent is one of the most odious creatures in football, hopefully the club will find a way to f*ck him over as well

I think Kia is the evil one here.
If Tevez never had met Kia, all of this shit would have never happened.
Kia is an evil minded son of a bitch. He has taken advantage of an very skilled footballer, but then also an extremely unintelligent person.
Lets be honest, Im an not totally sure Tevez can read & write as a 27 year old person should. He was born in one of the worst neighbourhoods in Buenos Aires and has never done anything else but playing football.

It is obvious that tevez is very very easy manipulated and that Kia is a person who enjoys manipulating people.

I've defended Tevez in the past, when it's been obvious that his head has been turned by that slimeball but this latest effort is as much down to him as Joorabchian. It's just my opinion but I recon that Tevez was working with Kia to engineer a move & Kia advised him how he did the 'not in the right frame of mind' trick with Mascherano. Tevez being a thick cunt; rather than using it before they fly out, refuses to play when asked THEN plays the 'wrong frame of mind' card after the event thus admitting guilt live on TV.

I bet Kia choked on his fucking meatballs when he heard that.

Regarding Tevez being a thick cunt, which he clearly is.....

I was chatting to someone yesterday who knows someone who works at the club. This 'someone' is quite prominent, but I won't mention any names. Anyway, he reckons that this someone says that Tevez can hold a conversation in fluent English but also has a smattering of French.

I have no idea if this is bollocks but have no reason to doubt anyone involved. Can anyone confirm or deny this?

Bollocks - he is fluent in Latin Spanish and also Ape language... that's as far as his language skills go.

I am not defending Tevez. I am just trying to find somewhat of an explanation/root cause to the problem.
And Carlitos Tevez is just stupid, simple as that.

We have been shit in grand total of ONE game this season. We were alright against Napoli but failed to take the game by the neck. Fulham away could have gone bit better but wasn't exactly shocking either. Other than that we have been mindblowingly great to watch.
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?

We made a right 'Orchestra' of Fulham. It may come back to haunt us and it was truly shocking.

Major exaggaration and being 6-1-0 in league it's bit of glass half empty approach to say that this one draw "will come back to haunt us".

You don't think it's beyond imagination that the title will be decided by 2 points? Hmmm.
Regardless of playing stats, throwing a two goal lead away against a dispirited and inferior side is making a right 'Town halls' of things.

Title???? We are seven games into the season. And you don't think rags will drop points at some stage?

Anyway, I'm not even thinking about title at this stage. See where we are around february/march and start talking about title again.

Haha was just gonna say that. Any city fan NOT thinking of the title needs to check one's pulse... And if there's a beat, then wobble one's head.
