Fair one, will be watching it later, had to rush back for X-Factor ;-)

It's deffo a foul (shouldered in the back) & refs always give them (til now) but he still has 3 paces to the ball & should have reacted, just toe ending it off the pitch rather than running over it in a state of shock. Poor defending whatever the reasons. Definititely no worse than several mistakes Vinny has made though, including the one yesterday, where he came racing out & flattened Ireland for no reason, thus giving a team who is only likeley to score from a free kick; a free kick.

I'm laughing too much...piss funny...and what's even funnier is I'm going to ring them all up again at 4 in the morning UK time.

Surprise, surprise!

If there was any contact from Agbonlahor, it was slight. Lescott was at fault. As for Kompany, I love the guy and I think he could be a legend at City. He is no way nearly as dominant as last season and he needs to get back to his level asap; next week will be as hard as Bayern and we need him back to his rock-like self. I'd still play Kolo instead of Lescott, basically because he's better. With NDJ looking imperious despite it being his first game this season, the back 4 will settle better. NDJ is the best defensive midfielder in the World.

On a side note, just how shit is Agbonlahor? How has he ever played for England?

Agbonlahor is one in a long line of absolute joke picks for england, which shows no sign of ending (Jay Bothroyd or Carlton Cole anybody ?). It was more than a slight touch on Lescott though it was a shoulder in the back which knocked him off balance. He should still have got to the ball but those kind of fouls are always given.

Why he should be dropped & why Kolo Toure would suddenly be better than him I fail to understand though. I've never seen Toure play as consistently well as Vinny & Lescott are doing now, even when they're below par, so how he'd suddenly improve us I don't know. I predict we'll suddenly start letting in lots more headed goals if he plays regularly & everyone will be calling for Lescott to come back.
