Before everyone starts getting higher than now, I seem to remember someone (KK?) posting something last time we had him which said we'd only lost 1 in 10 with him in charge. I could be wrong.

I remember something similar now you mention it - can't remember the exact facts though (and not one hundred percent on who the ref was - so in summary forget I posted)

I'd rather this guy than Phil Dowd tbh. Still, not exactly happy.

Suppose we will just have to put 4 or 5 past the rags to make sure.

Roberto Mancini was the man who brought us our first trophy in 35 years. He was the man that brought us our first league title in 44 years. He brought us one of the greatest moments of our lives. He masterminded a 6-1 win at Old Trafford, and a Wembley win over United. He challenged Ferguson, he argued with him on the touchline, he brought success, and he punched the air in delight with the rest of us at the madness of it all. He had style, panache and a winning smile. All those memories he gave us will never be forgotten, in a wonderful period in this club’s long history.
And I swear, we’ll never see anything like it again.

Exactly. So long as we don't lose any players after tomorrows game and go there with belief, I really believe we can take them apart no matter who is in black.

The thing with Twattenburg is he loves a 'big decision' so he can be the centre of attention

Well we can 100% guarantee that any big decision or in fact any decision will go in their favour.

i dunno...Phil Dowd just sorta does something for me...i dunno....i mean, he's just got this huge, dead sexay head and those teeth and that haircut and i dunno...plus also too he reminds me JUST a little teensy tiny bit of someone dunno who can't recall but JUST a little tiny bit maybe...hmmmm....

also, i tole you Clattenfucler always gives us the points...my emotional reaction is that he's a huge cunthole, because he is, but i remembered that from last time that someone dissected the numbers and it was way more positive than we thought. it's almost insane to think about...what was the number -- 18 played 11 wins 6 draws and a loss? you can bet that we're due for a loss or play the numbers and go all in for City getting some points. i believe we'll get some points. Probably all 3.

cannot wait for this one really....it's a great early chance to show them up and open up a little space between us. Early doors, etc, but...this match is a clear statement of intent from Mancini from my perspective. Setup for a draw, away, and lose...and well everyone will say "i told you so, he doesn't have the sack to go for it."

i think we'll clobber them tbh...looking forward to it.

I'm not as confident as that - though I probably never WILL be, after 40+ years of conditioning.

But I will say I feel we now have the players (and tactical/stylistic nouse) more than capable of going there and doing a job on them.

Not worried about it. We will come away with at least a draw and still top of the league. Nothing Clittenburger can do about it. We are miles ahead of the rags. We don't need to rely on passion and hope for the best.

In the Fulham game this season there was not an incident that he could jump on to give a penalty etc - thank fuck

But (IMO) every small decision he could give he gave against CITY - everytime he refs us I get the distinct impression that he has 'something against' us

What I am absolutely certain about is that the Monday morning papers will not be reporting a contentious decision that went against the scum

Never worried about bias from Clattenburg. I think he's a loose cannon, hated by everyone and universally incompetent. You never know what will happen. Bet the RAGs are dreading him too.
