Postby Yesterdays Game... » Mon Oct 17, 2011 3:24 pm

Hi, feel a bit cheeky asking but the Mrs decided to book a trip to Dublin Thurs-Mon which I have to go to.. i'm gonna miss the derby in person so was wondering if any blues know of anywhere that will a)have the match on and b)pro-city or atleast not full of rags!

any help will be much appreciated cheers

Are you havin a laugh? Maybe one of the American Dublins but not the one in Ireland. Probably no pubs in Ireland at all, not even up north.

Ive watched the derby in pubs in Belfast and been the only one cheering when we score.

Not a chance mate. full of rags and Liverpool fans over here, so if your going to a bar expect to be in with a lot of them.

Chaplins bar on Hawkins St is a blue pub. The Dublin branch OSC meets there. Stay out of the headline bar. It's rag central.

This is true but it opens odd hours and isnt great. We set up camp in sinnotts off grafton st for the final and it was great craic. Id say its your best bet. Nice pub too with great atmosphere. Cant promise no rags though!

Thanks for the help lads, by no rags I meant I don't fancy sitting there with the Mrs and 100 rags as I tend to get a bit grumpy and she doesn't often get too see that side of things ;)

Think I will give the Sinnotts one a go as that is quite close to where I am staying :)7

Thanks again
