Is there a least worst of the match? If so, I'd probably go for aj who looked the least worst of the front four yet get dragged off. Seemed harsh at the time and watching the rest of Nasri's performance, was probably the wrong choice

Kolarov followed by the 3 subs.

Barry for me although if Milner had been on the pitch 10 mins earlier I'd have give it to him.

Thought Nasri was our best attacking option all night and Lescott the best defender

Kolarov. Until Milner came on, he was the only person whipping the balls in the box. His free kick nearly went in, he got a disallowed goal and defensively he was solid too. It is hands down Kolarov for me.

Kolarov. Provided our most consistent threat, ran all night and made himself available as an outlet ball wide left with his hard work up and down. Decent delivery, and one of the few who gave a solid performance. Barry and Milner also did well when they came on.

I've voted for Barry!

No I also thought kolarov was awful. His crosses were shit and he was constantly caught out of position at the back and he lacks the pace or desire to get back

Barry MOTM for me. He changed the game when he came on and I don't think he put a foot wrong all night. I just don't get Barry though - awful one game (against villa) and then MOTM the next

Seen Kolarov track back plenty of times. It was the right side with Cani and Rossi and Zabaleta was trying his best to cope with those two.

the longer the game went on the more times Alex was caught upfield.
where I sit he should be the nearest player to me most of the time (when we're paying South to North). He wasn't

Koloarov was suspect defensively but he wasn't helped at all by the fact Nasri did approximately zero tracking back. Overall though, he was probably our most influential player, he shows great desire to constantly get him self up the pitch to give us an option.

He was definitely suspect in defence and like you said, Nasri has to take a lot of the blame for tthe huge gap on that side everytime they broke.

I don't agree that he was our most influential player though. Its hard to think of any player on that pitch influencing that game, but Barry played a big part in changing it IMO, as did Milner.
