Spot on, and I am hoping that the club's owners also realise this.

We have proved that we can do very well without Tevez, not so sure we could do as well without Mancini.

With Mancini's statements recently about going soft in his old age I can't see this being a problem for him. I think we need to look at the wider picture here and possibly realise that we are protecting our asset.

Because the "City sources" are actually a telephone call from a slimy Iranian Agent with an agenda.

I see Mancini as a far greater asset than Tevez.

Me too. 25 million and 150 grand a week to bring in a new player(s) may have an affect on ones judgement though.

The story's probably total garbage ....... but if there is any truth in it we simply cannot allow this to become a Mancini v Tevez issue.

Because if Tevez is seen to be the winner we'll end up with a player who doesn't want to be here (and we no longer want anyway) and a manager who will probably get on his bike.

Lose/Lose ........ and more lose

I think due to FFP both parties have agreed to disagree and are trying to find away to resolve this in public without anyone looking a cunt.

So tevez is fined. Allowed back into the team after regaining fitness. Increases his net worth again and sold at the end of Jan 2012.

Cannot see anything else but this tbh. To us its emotion to the club its business, we need to remember that.

I despise KJ, however he has turned this into Carlo V Mancini's word, the owners need to look at the player who is a problem here and wherever he has been, Sell him and look after the manager, or we are taking 10 steps backward, giving the rags a free run to the title.

I like how the Sun has now posted this as a "world exclusive". For the love of God, please give the idiots a dictionary.

well lets just say for a minute that the story as described is accurate. then what?

Its pretty fuckign serious to be honest........But right now fingers are being pointed at Mancini as he said Tevez REFUSED to come on as a sub and Tevez said he refused to warm up again and that was all.

It could get really messy if these reports have any substance in them.

Honestly I fail to see the distinction here. Unless Tevez thinks he can go straight from bench to pitch with out a warm up, we are playing a game of semantics. A refusal to warm up is a refusal to play.

Since the day after the bayern game there has been no official statement other than the club suspending The Fat One.

On that basis everything that has been reported is speculation.

Mancini said he will not play, that is all. Mancini decides the team.. so Fatso won't play.

Put two and 2 together and it is clear the club will sell him - something they need to do anyway.

If the conclusion of any wrong doing is not conclusive then the club wont fine Porky, that is the only difference.

In addition it doesn't matter what The Tub of Lard said during the match, he refused to do what he was told, that is enough for any manager to wash his hands of any player if he wishes to, and imo would be enough to fine and sanction the player.

I fail to see the controversy. The only loss is the sense of punishment of the Overweight Blob, for the Club, Bobby and the fans.. and a bit of the rest of the football world. That would be a significant loss tbh, but moving on and getting rid are the real priorities.

If tevez had some sort of 'accident' would City get insurance money for him? Just a thought.

The story makes claims that just dont stand up, even if you assume that the players closed ranks and play daft buggers by giving it "I heared nothing", we are asked to believe Kidd and the other coaching staff didn`t do the same thing by closing ranks and backing up the gaffer, if Roberto walks they will be out of a job,

My sorce says both the member of coaching staff who passed on the get ready, and Zab, confirmed the cu*t refused in writting to the club, there can be little doubt that the post match statment made by the cu*t is a big nail in the coffin anyway his PR team try and spin it.

Nor does splitting hairs on what he was told to do, he refused to do what he was instructed to do by the manager.........end of, f*ck off tevez
