Historical Moments

Historical Moments

Postby Niall Quinns Discopants » Sun Oct 23, 2011 2:27 pm

It's just so fucking absurd. After years and years of all sorts of shit it seems like every other day is one of the history books these days.
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?

Talking of history, is that the most goals a top division team has scored in its first nine games?

Of all the days in our history I don't think people realise what we've done today. I know FA Cup was brilliant but this really is the day we showed we are now their superior. This is the day we'll look back on and say "that was the day, we surpassed United and became Englands strongest club".

Called my devil worshipping son after the game. I would normally try not to rub it in toooo much but couldn't restrain myself today.

"What a humiliating thrashing. They'll still be talking about this when I'm long dead" said I.

"If it hadn't been for the red card" blah, blah, blah was all he could muster up.

Fuck 'em and fuck him - I just hope I'm not going to wake up from a great dream.

That's a great excuse though, they obviously thought they had such an advantage the only way to make the game fair was to only start with 10 men right? Fuck off, they were down to 10 because of the foul THEY commited, it would probably have been 2-0 down had Balo not been pulled back.

All their own doing, fucking 10 men excuse doesn't wash, you were down a man for a reason.

The Utd collapse at the end was remarkable, as was the resolute defending by City in the first twenty minutes. I can't imagine what is going on in the UTD dressing room right now.
I haven't absorbed this yet.

And who inflicted that? I know we won 5-0 there at some point in the fifties.
Your right leg I like; I've got nothing against your right leg. The trouble is neither have you.

Doesn't matter a fuck anyway. Even against 10 men 6-1 is a fucking annihilation in ANYONE'S book.
