What about the foul on Dzeko (not given) which led directly to Fulhams second goal

I think that you are agreeing with me - my point was that he gave us fuck all - including the very obvious foul on Edin - and thank fuck there was not an opportunity for him to give a penalty to Fulham because I think that he would have.

BTW for those that think Twatenburg detractors are paranoid - well you may be right but I would offer the following comment from sadcafe;

I forgot how much this had annoyed me at the time, all happened within about a minute and a half when the game turned on its head!

For the first time in my lifetime, I genuinely believe the team are good enough to beat the filth whoever the ref is. Even if he gives them their usual dodgy penalty, we will just go out and score three more.

Thought there was next to nothing he got wrong - Evans' red was clear and we can't argue the yellows to Kompany and Balo.

Missed the penalty when Anderson hacked Ballotelli down in the box - f*** it he had a good day for me - possibly if he'd sent Evra off for the over top lunge then he might have got legendary status ;)
