Apparantly considering legal action against Bobby for "defamation of character".

From twitter:

"BBC can disclose that Carlos Tevez is considering suing Manchester City manager Roberto Mancini for defamation of character."

Assuming this is true, he hasn't got a case - Bob could use Tevez's defence against gross misconduct against him - confused situation leading to a misunderstanding.

And how can he have defamed him when he's just been found in breach of contract and guilty of misconduct? I would LOVE it if he tries and goes ahead with it.

Do I suspect that Kia's had something to do with that, putting Tévez up to trying to sue Mancini? Kia's clearly now not getting what he wants for his clients at City and so is trying any which way to screw the club.

Well sod you Kia, we're much better off without Tévez now - and maybe this proves all along what a disruptive influence the both of them have been. I certainly get the impression we're playing much better without him and that quite a few players have stepped up to the plate and proven their worth much more.

Predictable...funny as hell but predictable

Although I am struggling to see what grounds there would be for defamation given the club's own investigation into the whole affair has found that Tevez did refuse to play so where exactly is the defamation?

Since Munich we have won 4 games. Scored 16 goals. Humiliated manu in their own backyard and on a personal level Mancini has had Tevez served up for breakfast, lunch and dinner with a sideorder of Hughes.

Frankly its getting embarrassingly one sided.

Bit like Sunday.

Fuck him!

Even if he won a case of defamation (a fucking big if) where does he think that will leave him with regard to any future move away from City?

No club in their right mind would take him.

Cunt.

Never going to happen

How can he sue for defamation when the case has been proven against him?

If Herman had been exonerated then fair enough..but he hasn't got a leg to stand on

I imagine (if there is any truth in this) that their stance is that he refused to warm up again but not to play. That's what he was charged with and found guilty of. They'll probably try and argue that Bobby has 'wrongly' accused the cunt of refusing to play in front of a world tv audience and damaged his 'reputation'.

This is going to go on for ever.

I sincerely hope Nige sees sense and cuts all ties with Joorabchian as I fear for his City career if he doesn't. To be honest, Id rather lose him than see us deal with this cunt again.

Think he'll fly a kite, not take it to the crunch, blame the uncertainty of the legal process and try and use that as some sort of "cleaning process".

Kia is looking at his cash cow being led off to the knackers yard

Course you got slated for it you cock, he was the best player we had last season and the top scorer in the league.

The fact that there was shit going on at board room level involving cookie and kia meant little to me.

Sure enough, tevez is now blatantly a cunt and a disruption following the bullshit in the summer along with the farce in munich.

We all want him gone now, but that doesn't mean we would have been better off without him when you said we would be.

I hope he fucking leaves on day one of the window because he has served his purpose and contributed massively in pushing us to the level we are currently at... And we no longer need him because we now have adequate replacements.

That wasn't the case when you were shouting about it mate. We had a fucking lunatic who wanted to fuck us up every second game, a striker who was finding it hard to settle to the prem and no sign of aguero.

Hardly a time ti get rid. Now however...

The only clubs who are interested in him now (Harry, etc.) are the ones who can't afford him.
The only clubs who CAN afford him (Real,Inter & possibly Barca) have got the sense to avoid him.
So it looks like we're stuck with him & he's stuck with us. . . .which means he's going to be playing a lot of reserve team football .
