philoshophy of football in our academy

well i think this is worth a topic to discuss

whats the basic philoshophy of our academy now a days?
people say we are playing like barcilona and are building the club like them.our brand,roberto brand is like that of barcilona.

from what i know
in barca academy a 9/10 years old is given a ball and first allowed to feel the ball at the feet.be
comfortable at the ball,hold it as much .look up and attack
its not like english style, run the ball past a defender and cross for a big man up front.

to build a team like that,we must have players from academy who play with the same philosophy of footballing.
we must teach a 9/10 years old the same philosophy from the very beginning.its not that a 20 years old can learn the way.

so it comes to the question,
do our training staff know such style of football(if they are english then i think they may not know the barca or spanish style of play).
if they do are they teaching the same way or are they teaching the english style?
is andy welsh expert in such style of play?
or is he a english manager.
heard a decent time ago.we have bought some spanish coaching staff,is it true?
if not then shall we be concidering for it
well these question some one insider can only answer.
but we have doug who is so near to the club.he may answer this question.
but we all have our opinions
