His representative's representative has just been on talk shite and basically not answered any of the questions aprt from saying he & Kia, his 'representative' (so he admits to having an unlicenced rep) have accepted the charge of 'failing to RESUME warming up'.

There is no fucking charge of 'failing blah blah' he was charged with misconduct & found guilty on 5 counts of breaching the rules including refusing to participate in a match.

This twat says the latest bollox will all be discussed when he returns NEXT WEEK !

His spin doctor says he's not coming back til next week. You can almost hear their brains ticking over as, imo, Tevez has done this without their consent & they are looking for an angle to bail him out.

I recon they may go for the 'specialist training' angle. He has his favourite geezer over there who can get him fit quicker etc, then they try to dodge the fine by saying it was because of his keeness to play for City that he sought specialist help.

My question is; why, if he's away for a week, is he not committing a breach of contract every day he's not available for training ? Surely it's not one offence, it's a seperate offence every morning ?

Andy Gray, and the other wanker doing the old pals act with MacCarthy, why not ask is he back in Argentina with or without permission, Football pundits clique is as bad as Tevez and his two fingers to us and now the other Tosser Gordon Taylor. let's see how he words this one the knob.

He's probably told them in advance that he won't answer that question under any circumstances as he & Kia are working on another fantasy, like the 'refusal to warm up' scenario.

What's the story with McCarthy anyway. He was on SSN talking about Tevez in his capacity as a 'journalist' a few weeks ago and they actually pulled him up on air saying "are you not now advising Tevez?". Since then he is now presented as Tevez' advisor.

Has he not got a job at a paper any more? He was NOTW but most of them have got new positions with other papers.

He really has slumped to a new low. Going on tv and radio trying to defend someone who is clearly in the wrong whilst being terribly ill prepared. The things people will do for money.

I wonder if he appreciates just what a bell end he looks.

1205 FOOTBALL: Manchester City have confirmed Carlos Tevez failed to arrive for training for 11am. City have now informed their lawyers. Club have also confirmed that Tevez had asked for permission to return to Argentina - but was refused.

and he's already on a written warning according to the PR. How many steps are there in our new Disciplinary Procedure before he gets the bullet?

He is heading for a Lawsuit aginst City, will be whilst he out of the Country, look out for Carlos Tevez refuses to return and will pursue unfair treatment as a reason to take action against City, unless they let him leave under his terms and with a payoff, Sounds mental, I know but this is Tevez and his pimp. The Munich saga will be tip of the trouble.

Im actually quite happy about this new revelation of not showing up for training. Any ounce of relief he's felt by 'accepting' the charges have now been turned over. He's got no place at our club. Let him stay in Argentina while the City train rolls on.

He's already on a written warning - I'm a bit hazy on whether it's 'three strikes and you're out' (IE two written warnings and a third offence sackable) or if it's a different number. At the very least this is a second written warning for him and another fine. (and we become one step closer to being able to sack the little prick)

Sacking him isn't worth our while as long as we can get more than a few months wages for him in a transfer or we want to do down the road of canceling his contract and suing him for huge money (probably a waste of time).

This is an interesting scenario. It's an international break, so he normally wouldn't be around and would have been allowed return. But because he hasn't been selected by Argentina we don't have to let him go, and he can hardly rely on goodwill at the moment, especially when he's out of shape and has been allegedly using the excuse of niggling injuries to avoid conditioning work.
