Sueing him for big money is a waste of time. With delays and appeals, he can string things out for a few years. Then if he doesn't pay, FIFA will ban him. It would make more sense to retire.

don't worry it will al have been in writing too this time. Plus even Taylor was kept informed - hence his contrition on camera. He knows its watertight already.

My first thought on reading the story earlier was that he may just chuck it and say he is retiring.

I still dont think that would stop him getting sued for his value though.

I was wondering if he may chuck it in but I'm not sure Kia will let him. Perhaps this wild card behaviour is aimed at breaking free of Joorabchian by making himself worthless as well as shitting on us ?

Let's face it anything is fuclin possible with this lot.

I suppose we will find out from various legal experts, about what could happen, in the next few days.
On the face of it though he has left himself wide open to be sued for loss of value to City. Regardless of what he or City decide to do with his contract, career etc.

If I was a City official I would not have any dealings with Tevez or any of his ascociates without putting things in writing & having witnesses. He cannot be trusted & if they haven't got proof of this they are useless.

If he's still around, I would take him to one side on his own & tell him that we have several deals in Sth America lined up for January but need to keep it quiet or they will fall through. Then when January comes around, I would deny all knowledge of said conversation & make him train in the freezing fucking cold running up that hill throughout winter.

But that's just me.

If he did this to teams in his own homeland he would be lynched by the public there..he would never ever leave his home without a fuckign tank and 1000 bodyguards guarding him.

Hes a little fuckign CUNT and I dread to think what we would think if we were battling for results..
THEY SAY SWEARING IS DUE TO A LIMITED VOCABULARY. I KNOW THOUSANDS OF WORDS, BUT I STILL PREFER "FUCK OFF" TO "GO AWAY"

I'd settle for that. Let's face it we don't need the money and as far as the FFP rules go we could show a reason for the loss due to a £40m asset becoming worthless. I'd prefer him to spend the rest of his life wondering why he didn't spend his best years playing football rather than get £10m and watch him playing for Real Madrid

And let's sue him anyway, we can tie him up in court and have his collected wealth go on lawyer fees and just watch how quickly that rat Kia abandons his friend once the money is gone.

The guy is a retard. I knew he was fucking stupid - a lot of players are - but he takes the fucking biscuit.

This is now much bigger than Tevez v City. This is Tevez v the future of football. I think he has cocked up BIG time in his latest move and it was written all over Taylor's face.

I hope to fuck he's crushed now because otherwise contracts mean nothing.

To think he could have been THE biggest legend EVER to play for City. It's frightening how far one player can fall.

I hadn't seen it but Taylor has actually confirmed that City could cancel his contract but keep his registration & sue him. This would make me happier than a happy person in Happyland at Christmas.

That would be so sweet, I get the feeling these Abu Dhabi guys while all smiles and handshakes are a lot more ruthless than they let on, if they get a window to screw Polly out of every penny, they'll destroy him.

Yes, and it may well be that regardless of City's own interests in punishing him, they may come under more pressure from outside to do exactly this, from the rest of the football community.
City I'm sure would not want to be seen to be vindictive, but in this case they are going to get the backing of everyone, even pushed to take harsh actions for the sake of football, so even if the owner's were not ruthless and not pissed off there will be a lot of pressure to act as though they are.
City can drop ten tonnes of bricks on him and the gallery is just going to applaud !

Yep. Last time FIFA seemed to be pushing us to sack him and they'd ban him, IF we had the proof. He could ruin the transfer system if he got his way, so every governing body and club will back us. PFA were the ones in the way and looks like they've washed their hands of him.

That's what the threat to sue Mancini/Souness was for; not that they will actually do it, just to scare the lilly livered wankers who write the sports columns from making too many derogatory comments for fear it could happen to them.

The good thing is that his legal team are idiots if they advised him he had any chance in actions against Souness or Mancini, I hope he carries on listening to them about his chances of forcing a move on his terms right up untill the money runs out.

I dont think for one moment our owners will forget or forgive the little shit, and strike me as the kind of people who would take it personal and go all out to f*ck him up good an propper no matter the cost.
