Can someone with the answer to the journo bias offer a solution please.As far as I see the BBC have renewed the contracts of their pundits because I think on the whole they will be happy with the response they are getting from their viewers.It seems to me that the fact they let people who they pay, express their opinions, and the majority who are watching like what they are hearing.
Maybe the overall vocal minority is not a big enough voice for the Beeb to take any notice off.Maybe the people who hate Shearer and co are not the majority.
