My cousin has a signed City shirt for auction with the following on it;

plus 8 others which she can't make any sense of....but she is awaiting confirmation of them.
It goes to auction on the 16th December, but is taking sealed bids and will provide more information via email - shannonjdavies@hotmail.co.uk.
All proceeds go to the Riding for the Disabled Association.
