Self destruction button well and truly pressed.

The shit we have at the back have consistently let us down in big games this season. In the Champions League and now tonight. We're getting some of the very best attacking talent available, but backing them up with uncoordinated players barely better than journeymen at the back. And they haven't come cheap. Silva nd Augero must be wondering what the likes of Lescott are even doing at the same club.

As much as I hate him, Clattenberg has been good for us in the past. Can't remember his last game with us, but he was very favourable towards us. granted, we were at home, and he's a weak minded homer cunt, but still. Can't blame him for our inept performance. If Aguero had tucked away instead of dragging a relatively easy chance past the near post (or even squared it), or if Silva had just hit the fucking thing instead of dancing about and trying to win the penalty, we could've been 3 nil up iinside 15 minutes.

Today was all our own fault and there are a lot of lessons to be learnt, otherwise we're going to really fucking struggle through these next 2 months.

He was and has always been a cnut but we failed to put this bunch of kickers away which we should have done inside 20 mins

Fulham, this season. The second half every decision was made in favour of them, even the second goal. He made a good game with Scum, where had to sent Evans out, without a doubt.
He is a prick. Penalty and red card for Meireles, game over.

Correct. Didn't do anything when taking them apart - 1 shot on target. Too many players had very bad games today. In fact, after the first 20 minutes, none of them had a good game.

I think we've done a deal, don't run away with it and you can have the title. Clattenburg in the 2nd half was ridiculous, the subtle break-up of play was obvious.

It's all part of it though and if we'd have played our own game we'd have got a result. How did Clichy get his 1st card?

Edit: Just seen it, deserved.

Not good enough tonight I'm afraid. Couldn't break them down when they dropped. They built from there and we were all over the shop once Clitty got sent off. Someone was gonna go at some point, there were too many fouls on players running at pace.
Stone bonker penalty. You can't raise your hands in the area and try yo say you're protecting your face.

Let's put it behind us and hammer the Woolwich Arsenal on Sunday.

Sunday gone from a big game to massive game imo we need to get right back on the winning nag , as tonight proves the three pts were more important than the "how" to Chavs , Even down to 10 men they diddnt do anything even less when they got the pen But they got their 3pts ,

I might be wrong but wasnt he the ref in the play off final when he invented 4 minutes out of nowhere?

It was a debatable if Silvas was a penalty. Certainly would not be happy if it was given against us.

I suggest we looker closer to home if you want to get upset about getting beat tonight.

if clichey doesn't get sent off, we are still in the game ... that was a truly stupid foul.

of course, we should have had the peno from silva and aguero should have scored his 1-1. it would have been a totally different game if aguero scores that, we would have been rampant. That's a chance that needs to be put away. I don't think lescott had a good game, even before the peno, but neither did kompany. Zaba did ok, but didn't offer anything going forward, which we knew he wouldn't. I think we need to come with a fresh approach, and I think we could do with bringing de jong back into the starting 11 for arsenal. sit milner after that performance.

so much promise and an excellent finish from balo all gone to waste after that opening 20. our midfield was pretty dire apart from silva. I want to see nasri back in the fold ... dzeko is really out of touch with what's going on in the team at the moment, in my opinion.

lineup vs. arsenal should be:

hart
micah (hopefully) vinne kolo kolarov
dejong barry
nasri yaya silva
aguero

balo to replace any attacking player based on need ... I just don't know about dzeko right now, I don't think his head is right and I don't think he has the right attributes to trouble arse's defence at the moment.

No idea how we are going to deal with RVP

The Clichy situation is the same as the Meireles one, but judged different. Meireles second intervention was after 7 minutes, after his yellow card and he didn't sent him off. With Clichy he did.

At this level you can't do something like this.

Shit happens, especially when lantenburgh is on. We were playing our best football the first 25 min. Silva should have had a peno. Their 1st get them back.
If this was an odd result I´m happy with that. Massive game on Sunday though.
I bet Clichy will be banned. Sir Bacon must've been proud of little Mark.

At least there's no Match of the Day 2 for the masochists to have a further wallow in. I was bored out of my head in a Cambridge hotel last night, and Lee Dixon informed me we had to bounce back against Chelsea after losing to Bayern in midweek. That's "City Fan" Lee Dixon.
