50/50? Wtf are you on about. Guarantee 100% if that was a Chelsea player you'd scream for a penalty. His arms are up in the air and stop the shot from coming in. Stonewall.

Ross, as Mase said above, with Norwich we had a penalty after a handball, but again was not given. Maybe is the adrenaline, maybe the whole decision that he had, but imho the pen was the cherry on the cake. Maybe in the morning i will see that he made the right call.

Our last three away games:

At QPR: ref: Martin Atkinson

- suspicious second goal scored by QPR
- overall decision made for QPR

At Liverpool: ref Martin Atkinson

- Balotelli sent off after a shocking decision
- Almost every dive from Suarez was given a fault
- overall decision given in favor of Scouse

At Chelski: ref the Cunt

- not given penalty for us
- no red card for Meirelles
- free first yellow card for Clichy
- imaginary penalty for Chelski

And we are only in december....

Some folk seem to feel you are wrong about the Chelsea pen. I agree with you as it happens. But that is not my point.

The rest of your points are still absolutely valid and no-one has put any kind of argument up against them. It does look as though it has been decided that we do constitute a threat after all and have taken steps to neutralise that threat.

I share your pessismism that it is only going to get worse as we refuse to go away.

I think that was made perfectly clear by Wilkins snide 'This is a win for the Premiership' type comment.

And another curious fact: we had 8 away games : Bolton,Spuds,Rovers, Fulham, Scum, Qpr, Scouse and Chelski

At Spuds, Bolton, Rovers we had fat boy Phil Dowd

At Fulham, Scum, Chelski we had Clattenburg

At Qpr and Scouse we had Atkinson.

There are a lot of refs in this league, but he have only three and they are in a rotation system. If we look at this pattern, with Wba, Atkinson will be in charge.

It was a stone wall penalty.

Don't like the example, but Spuds had more clear penalty that this yesterday when Woodgate used his hand to prevent a goal. Lesco had a poor game, but he was with his back at the ball.

Look at the reaction Clattercunt had when he indicated the spot, he was having an orgasm ffs.

i'd like the example for why Joleon had a poor game?

Cunt

Indeed. Contrast with the one tottenham got for a [strike]breeze blowing modric over[/strike] trip on modric.

Just listening to TS and after the usual Irani shit they're now talking about how the ref's are shaping the game, and to be precise, the top of the league. Lewis has just been on saying that it was a clear penalty and with the 2nd yellow for Mereiles then the game would've been done. He also said that Yaya should've been sent off but that was bye-the-bye as if the original mistakes had been called right then we wouldn't have been in that position.

Everyone can see it, it just doesn't make a difference to those in power that officiate these referee's, namely the Premier League.

I just think that with the scrutiny they're under and the pace of the game it's just too much for them. They need some help. It's time for the fourth official to really help out.

Prople are coming up with plenty of examples of ref being shit and not doing the right thing, but whats the solution?Get rid of all of them? Not really possible.Change the rules and use technology more IMO.

Well the ball did hit Joleon's arm , no doubt about it. The trajectory of the shot however, probably meant someone would have had to retrieve it from row Z, if Joleon had left his hands down.

So it rather pains me to see something given for a piss poor shot. If it was a normal low good shot on goal Joe would have grabbed it easily.

That's what is annoying to me about the penalty.

As for the Silva penalty, once he didn't give it and followed by the lack of a yellow when Mereiles went through on Silva, led me to conclude that it might not be our night.

some of the refs have made bad decisions like the silva pen last night.
but look at the guy on sunday chris foy spurs match he was a joke but that suited us.
if we were spurs fans wed be gutted even more.
for me all cards should be scrapped go back to bookings and sending offs.
the crowd can still be informed whos been booked with all the screens at the ground now.
the 2 card scenario allows rules to abused ,ie you cant appeal 2 yellows. but can a red, thats wrong.
red card for violent conduct 3 match ban, 2 yellows equal 1 red your off ,non violent conduct 1 match ban.
too many anomolies using this system imo, away refs clattenberg was the same guy who sent off evans
for scum at the swamp, when they were only 1 down good decision.
theres a 24 page thread on one forum saying how happy they were clattenberg was last nights ref.
we lost, win on sunday alls well swp hatrick at noon on sunday 5pt gap appears again.

I'm glad someone mentioned this as I had feared the worst before the derby game from that ref but tbf he was very good that game.

And I hope you've seen he did! If the ball hits your arms when they're by your side it's questionnable but when your arms are up in the air and the ball hits them its a stonewall.

We should have had a pen aswel though.

What I didn't like about Clittnc*ck last night was the way he played to the gallery with his pistol shot at the penalty spot for their penalty.

Was he expecting a 5,9 from the Russian judge for presentation ?

What's killing us even more is the sending offs. Going down to 10 men at places like Liverpool and Chelski is what has cost us 5 points. We were able to hang on to a point at Anfield because Mario wasn't sent off until late in the game. But losing Gael in the 58th minute against Chelsea proved too much. Then of course they're not available for the next game.

Maybe Bobby needs to sub a player if he gets booked so he can't get a second yellow and be sent off!
If you can keep your head when all around you are losing theirs, it's just possible that you haven't really grasped the gravity of the situation.

I was also worried about the fact that twatenburg was the ref for the derby and I remained worried on Monday.

Our 6 - 1 win masked the fact that he gave us fuck all in the derby as well and gave a couple of dodgy things against us (if my memory serves me right) - he had no option but to send Evans off and not could he cancel out our goals
