Exiled wrote:It's Ulcerative Colitis (UC), related to and can be just as bad as Crohn's Disease. I've got a mild case of it but with plenty of pills I cope with it and never take time off work - problem is you never get rid of it, just goes into remission. More serious cases means getting your whole colon removed. The likes of Steve Redgrave and JFK have/had it. Cain from Emmerdale has it and there are many more. Once under control you can get your strength back no problem but the real issue is diet and the types of drugs he will have to take. Steroids majorly help recovery but that's not going to pass water with the Premiership drug squad.
He may play for that bunch of twonks but wouldn't anyone to get UC.
