11 in 12 in the Dutch league at age 19 certainly bodes well for the future. Hopefully he'll continue to develop and try and force his way into Mancini's plans within the next 12 months or so.

We can't ask more of him to prove he's worth a go, other than what he's achieving. He's been given the challenge & he's clearly rising to it (as has Mohammed Abu in Norway soon to be Germany: http://www.ghanaweb.com/GhanaHomePage/N ... ?ID=225943). It would be a big boost for the academy to get a striker in the 1st team squad.

Loaning players was what I expected when I heard about the partnership with Eintracht Frankfurt. There are rumours about Gai Assulin joining them on loan, too.

Although I'm a bit wary about goal tallies in the Eredivisie, I wouldn't mind Guidetti as 4th choice at all.

seems to be a good prospect. Just not sure if he can handle the premier league.

They've just showed a rerun of this match on ESPN, I didn't realise until it was almost over so didn't see the goals.

Don't know what you mean by 'handle'. If it's a footballing issue, fair enough, but pressure-wise I think the fact that 4 of his goals have come from the penalty spot suggests that he has a mentality which can handle high-pressure scenarios and he can be trusted to do so.
